No minimum orders. Shipping is via USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS. We reserve the right to adjust the freight charge if the shopping cart does not charge enough freight. If paying by PayPal and the freight needs to be adjusted you may receive an additional request to cover the extra freight. Prices may be subject to increase without notice due to market fluctuations of ingredients used in the making of Nature’s Best Soaps products.
Freight for retail customers is based on shopping cart value as follows:
up to $25.00 - $6.95
$25.01 to $50 - $8.95
$50.01 to $75.00 - $10.95
$75.01 to $125.00 - $12.95
$125.01 to $150.00 - $14.95
$150.01 to $200.00 - $16.95

Customer has 14 days after receiving order to notify Nature’s Best Soaps if there is a problem with the order. Nature’s Best Soaps will pay for return shipping on any errors made by Nature’s Best Soaps.
Returns not due to Nature's Best Soaps error may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns accepted for essential oils or fragrance oils.

We do not charge the credit card until the order is ready to ship unless it is a custom order, then we will run the charge prior to doing the custom work.
If you are a wholesale account, select Customer Pick Up so that freight isn`t added although we will be adding the cost of the freight to the invoice unless you are FedEx Freight Ground Collect.

We can customize the labels using your Logo or Company Name for only a $10.00 setup fee if you can provide us a scannable Logo or Company Name/Picture . Other custom work can be requested and Nature’s Best Soaps will be more then happy to submit a bid for the work.
